The Benefits of a Late-Season AC Inspection
The right thing to do – for your own sake – is have your central AC system cleaned and inspected once a year. That goes even for newer systems still under warranty. Because without such inspections, your warranty can be nullified.
What’s the best time of year for an AC cleaning and inspection? Without question, early or mid-spring. That way, you’ll have the added peace of mind knowing your system is ready for whatever the summer weather might bring. But let’s say you skip the spring inspection, which can happen for any number of reasons. Does that mean just push it off until the following year?
